Plyometrics. Had a great workout today, Had to exclude some exercises mostly the second time around, but man did I bring it today.

Day 36

Chest, Shoulders, & Triceps with Ab Ripper X. Workout went very well today, I pushed myself and felt the burn on the last 3 on most of the exercises.

Day 34 & 35

Skipped both of these days, Saturday was a Jewish holiday, and sunday I got wrapped up watchign football. Going to bring it tomorrow!

Day 33

Yoga. Today didn't go so well. I wasn't fully concentrated and it really hurt my performance, I pushed myself as much as I could but just couldn't focus. I made it a point that I finished though.

Day 32

Back and Biceps with Ab Ripper X. Workout went pretty well, I feel that I really concentrated and pushed myself. I am getting better every time I do ab ripper, and I can see soem definition, just more motivation to keep pushing play!

Day 31

Ploy today, it kicked my ass. I brought it as much as I could, felt that I got a good workout, but also feel that it could have been better. Will just have to keep on bringing it.

Day 30

Chest, Shoulders, Triceps & Ab Ripper X today. After a few days off I was determined to bring it. Started phase 2 tonight and I feel that the workout went pretty well. I feel that I brought it today.
